▶ This screw feeder bagging machine features automatic vibration bowl feeding combined with a linear track counting mechanism for high-speed, precision counting.
▶ Two methods are available for counting quantity changeover. Method A: Adjust the cylinder position according to the screw arrangement length to change the single-count quantity. Method B: Set the number of dispensing cycles via the touchscreen to determine the final package count. ▶ The check weigher is a quality control device integrated into the packaging line. It automatically weighs each package bags in motion, compares it against pre-set acceptable weight limits, and automatically rejects any underweight or overweight packaging.
